Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Lovely Lash Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Lovely Lash Shop provides professional eyelash extension services, lash lifts, and fine-line tattoo services. Our services include:

• Classic, Volume, and Hybrid lash extensions
• Lash lifts and tints
• Lash removal and touch-ups
• Fine-line tattoo artistry
• Brow services

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or by calling us directly
• We require a valid phone number and email address for appointment confirmations
• Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you once confirmed

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
• We cannot guarantee full service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Gratuity is appreciated but not required
• Deposits may be required for certain services or first-time clients

Health and Safety

Client Responsibilities

• Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions
• Disclose if you wear contact lenses (must be removed during service)
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes
• Follow all aftercare instructions provided

Contraindications

Services may not be suitable if you have:

• Eye infections or conditions (pink eye, stye, etc.)
• Recent eye surgery
• Severe allergies to adhesives or products
• Certain skin conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe.

Aftercare and Maintenance

• Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your artist
• Avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for 24-48 hours after application
• Brush lashes daily with provided spoolie
• Schedule fill appointments every 2-3 weeks for optimal retention
• Do not attempt to remove extensions yourself

Liability and Warranties

• We use high-quality, professional-grade products
• Results may vary based on individual factors (natural lash health, lifestyle, aftercare)
• We are not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to disclose known allergies
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare
• Patch tests are available upon request for sensitive clients

Photography and Social Media

• We may photograph your lash work for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Your explicit consent will be obtained before posting photos
• You may request to remain anonymous or have photos removed at any time
• By consenting, you grant us permission to use photos on our website and social media

Rewards Program

• Our rewards program is subject to its own terms and conditions
• Points and rewards are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time
• Rewards must be redeemed within specified timeframes

Minors

• Clients under 18 must have parental consent
• A parent or guardian must be present during the appointment
• We reserve the right to refuse service to minors at our discretion

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Lovely Lash Shop and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
